Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
-Exchange and Refunds can be given on shoes only. The product must be in original package and in new condition as they were when purchased from the store. The product must not have any wear or damage otherwise a refund will not be given. The customer must contact us with details within 10 business days of receiving the product.
-Unfortunately, we do not provide free returns and the customer must cover return shipping.
-Returns may take at least one working week to process once it has been received on our end.
-We do not offer refunds or exchanges on bags.
-If an item is faulty, you must contact us asap to arrange a replacement or credit note. Please note this is only valid if the fault is on our end.
